Summary

Join Stitch Fix's New Client Experience/Client Onboarding team as a leader, shaping the career development of your team and driving the architecture of our Client Onboarding platform. This role requires experience managing high-performing teams and building real-time solutions, along with familiarity with modern web tech stacks. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience cultivating and managing diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
  • 7+ years of experience building and rapidly scaling real-time solutions
  • Provide guidance and input on technical direction and decisions
  • Familiarity with modern web tech stacks (e.g. Node, React, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Postgres, GraphQL, Redis, Kafka)

  • Be supported as you make changes to ensure your teams are inclusive and effective
  • Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to define the architecture of our Client Onboarding platform and leverage your communication, collaboration, and planning skills to create rapid value for Stitch Fix
  • Work with business partners to help set priorities and plan the roadmap for your team
  • Find, hire, and develop people that compliment each other as a diverse, inclusive team
  • Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders
  • Inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor
