Engineering Manager, Search Infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 8 years in leadership positions managing large-scale infrastructure or systems engineering teams
• Proven track record in designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Deep expertise in scaling search systems to support high growth and optimizing search performance and reliability
