Engineering Team Lead

Summary

Requirements

• Work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose your best work environment
• Be an engineer at heart, finding fulfillment in leading Software Development teams for at least 1-2 years
• Have proven professional experience with React, Typescript and/or PHP
• Be an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions
• Be proficient in writing unit tests and familiar with test-driven development (TDD) and domain-driven design (DDD)
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our DAM (Digital Asset Management) teams
• Elevate our team's performance and capabilities
• Lead both backend and frontend engineers
• Architect, plan, and drive implementation in a SaaS product at scale
• Drive technical excellence
• Support the team in delivering impactful solutions
• Define success as a team and support each other to take our already successful product to the next level
