Requirements

• 1+ years of experience teaching English to adults
• Excellent command of English at C1/C2 levels
• University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Linguistics or Philology
• Strong familiarity with international language test formats (Cambridge exams/IELTS/TOEFL)
• Exceptional communication skills and efficient time management
• Effective and constructive feedback skills
• Flexibility to work with individuals of varying language proficiency levels and the ability to adapt to their busy schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead various English educational events
• Help the team assess and grade students' tests according to the company standards
• Provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning and improvement
• Conduct 15-18 individual/group classes per week, including workshops and speaking clubs
• Deliver various IT-oriented courses, business/technical English courses, and exam preparation courses based on individual and group students’ needs
• Assess contractors’ English language proficiency level using our internal English Test
• Provide delayed feedback and personalized recommendations after attending delivery teams’ daily standup meetings
• Take part in team meetings, webinars, educational workshops, and trainings

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching credentials (DELTA/CELTA/TESOL/TKT), language proficiency certifications (Cambridge exams/IELTS/TOEFL)
• Course development experience for diverse adult language learners
• Experience delivering exam prep courses (Cambridge exams/IELTS/TOEFL)
