Join Intelerad, a leading global provider of enterprise imaging solutions, as a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive. You will accelerate growth in the US market by driving strategic sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our imaging products. This role involves the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, requiring collaboration with various teams. You will need to deeply understand client challenges and demonstrate how Intelerad's solutions provide value. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and impact within the healthcare industry. It requires significant travel (75%) primarily within Canada. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, medical imaging, or health IT
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or mid-market environments
  • Technical fluency and the ability to learn and explain solutions such as PACS, DICOM, HL7, or other enterprise imaging technologies
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and translating technical concepts into business value
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving market
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a bias toward action and results
  • Fluency in English required; Bilingual in French preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business : Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across your territory
  • Strategic Planning : Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive territory plan that aligns with corporate goals and market dynamics
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership : Lead the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to contract signature—ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and stakeholders
  • Consultative Selling : Engage deeply with client challenges, demonstrating how Intelerad’s solutions solve problems and unlock value across enterprise imaging workflows
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with pre-sales engineers, product specialists, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored, high-impact presentations and proposals
  • Forecasting & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities and revenue forecasts through our CRM system, ensuring transparency and predictability
  • Customer Intelligence : Build a robust understanding of your clients’ operational goals, technical environments, and key buying influences to develop long-term relationships
  • Feedback Loop : Provide insights from the field to inform product development, marketing messaging, and strategic initiatives

Benefits

  • The base pay for this position ranges from $98,000/year to $140,000/year (CAD) within any geographic market in Canada
  • Estimated OTE (on target earnings) for this role including base salary and commission is $200-250k CAD, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits
