Summary
Join SeekOut's team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our enterprise and strategic customers. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and training to expansion and renewal, focusing on a high-touch, personalized approach. This role requires experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a SaaS product or a closely related role, along with strong communication and computer skills. Requirements
- Experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a SaaS product - or a closely related role such as Onboarding, Client Success, or Account Management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and experience with typical CS tools like CRM, Live Chat, Helpdesk, and Customer Success Platforms
- A great attitude and be a friendly, low-ego team player
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the end-to-end customer journey in a personalized, high-touch Customer Success model
- Own onboarding, training, expansion, renewals, regular check-ins, and QBRs for your accounts
- Be responsible for meeting quarterly renewal revenue goals
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of SeekOut for our customers. This means applying our technology and best practices to solve problems around passive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and optimizing their tech stack to always find the most qualified people
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customers get the most from SeekOut
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct Recruiting / Sourcing / HR Tech experience
- Practical knowledge of the entire recruiting process - ideally having worked in the Recruiting and/or HR Tech industry
