Successful candidates will have a proven track record in editorial writing, particularly within the entertainment industry. Requirements

• Have two or more years in a writing role
• Possess demonstrably deep knowledge of US politics, royals, entertainment, or an adjacent industry
• Have experience covering major events, releases, or topics of interest
• Demonstrate a strong ability to pitch story ideas
• Possess a firm grasp of the English language
• Have knowledge of AP Style
• Be familiar with tools like WordPress, Slack, and Trello
• Submit a resume, cover letter, and 1-3 writing clips

Responsibilities

• Create informative, interesting, and high-quality content across a variety of websites and verticals covering politics, royals, entertainment, and fandoms
• Cover Reality TV, Celebrities, Politics, Royals, and Netflix/Streaming Content
• Pitch story ideas
• Write various types of articles (listicles, guides, news, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Be based in Brazil or a similar time zone
• Have existing PR and talent connections within the industry
