Summary

Join Reactor School, a leading Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd) program provider, as a Programme Coordinator. You will work with high schools and universities across the Asia-Pacific region, helping students transform their ideas into successful companies. This role requires at least 3-5 years of experience working with student-led or youth startups and proven experience in program coordination, entrepreneurship training, or incubation management. Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across different time zones. Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with student-led and/or youth startups
• Proven experience as a programme coordinator, entrepreneurship trainer, incubation manager or relevant experience
• Have deep connections in the tech and startup ecosystem
• Be conscientious, detail-oriented and efficient
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including in the preparation of slide decks and proposals
• Excellent time-management and organizing skills
• Able to work as a digital nomad, and have prior experience working with an international and multi-cultural team

Responsibilities

• Work with high schools and universities across the Asia-Pacific region to help educators implement EntreEd on campus
• Help students turn their ideas into projects, and their projects into companies
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, including projects across different cities and timezones
• Be able to sell, consult and convince
• Be strategic, and be able to identify win-win opportunities for all stakeholders
• Be an excellent communicator, and be someone that your fellow teammates can look-up to and respect at all times. Be warm, be humble, and be self-aware
• Be familiar with the education sector, including how to market to educators and school leaders
