Entry Level Sales Associate

Summary

Join our team as an entry-level Sales Associate promoting innovative green energy products and services. Requirements

Experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct targeted residential visits to generate interest in our products and services
• Appointment Coordination: Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy and home pool solutions
• Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and participate in team meetings and activities
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
• Technology: Utilize digital sales tools to enhance your productivity
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
