Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the planning and execution of residential sales campaigns
• Meet with homeowners and decision makers directly to provide product information, personalized product solutions, and process order requests
• Engage in opportunities to upsell products and services to meet company sales goals
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through training and networking conferences
• Collect customer feedback and answer all questions and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
• Escalate serious customer complaints or concerns to the appropriate department to ensure an above satisfactory customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortability speaking with people and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read and relate to various personality types
• The ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Comfortable problem-solving and providing potential solutions
• At least some prior work experience is preferred but not required
