Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding payment issues and transactions
- Resolving customer complaints and disputes related to payments
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level payments support as needed
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve payment-related issues
