Requirements

• Possess Epic Cheers and/or Nurse Triage certifications
• Have 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Have experience with Call Hub
• Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
