Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Epicor ERP system, ensuring reliability and performance
• Configure modules, workflows, and business processes within Epicor to meet company needs
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and queries using SQL and Epicor tools
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and production teams to streamline processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing user support and training
• Assist with Epicor upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement automation and process improvements
• Maintain system security, user roles, and permissions
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
