Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as an ESG & CSR Investor Research Specialist for a 3-month, 520-hour Master’s level internship. This remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) role involves identifying and analyzing investors focused on ESG and sustainability initiatives. You will research, profile, and rank potential investors, aligning them with Vosyn’s fundraising strategy. The internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and valuable skill development. Vosyn is a fast-growing company preparing for an IPO, providing a unique and impactful experience. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $32.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Keen interest in sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, and their impact on business
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A proactive and self-motivated individual
• Familiarity with financial concepts or the tech startup world
• Any prior experience in research, analysis, or sustainability-related roles
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to identify investors with a strong focus on ESG and sustainability across venture capital, private equity, and institutional platforms
• Develop comprehensive profiles of potential investors, highlighting their investment criteria, past projects, industry focus, and geographic preferences
• Rank investors based on alignment with Vosyn’s goals, funding capacity, and potential for long-term partnerships
• Monitor trends in ESG and sustainability investing, providing actionable insights to refine Vosyn’s fundraising strategy
• Create and maintain an organized investor database with detailed segmentation for strategic decision-making
• Partner with leadership and ESG teams to align investor research with Vosyn’s overarching sustainability and business goals
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations on investor opportunities for internal stakeholders
