ESG & CSR Sustainability Strategy—Master-Level Internship

Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Sustainability Strategy Intern and contribute to our impactful ESG initiatives. This 3-month, remote internship (with hybrid options in Toronto) offers hands-on experience in sustainability strategy, research, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze sustainability trends, and support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in a relevant field and a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards. Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Strong understanding of sustainability strategy, environmental stewardship, and corporate responsibility frameworks
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and data analysis tools
• Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and trend analysis in sustainability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities to support the development of strategic initiatives
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations and processes
• Support the tracking and reporting of sustainability performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate sustainability progress and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
• Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform sustainability planning and strategy
• Assist in engaging with stakeholders to build partnerships and foster collaboration on sustainability initiatives
