ESG, SDG & CSR Impact Measurement Analyst

Join Vosyn's ESG team as an Impact Measurement Analyst Intern! This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options) internship offers hands-on experience designing and implementing social impact measurement frameworks. You will collect and analyze data, identify KPIs, and report findings to senior leadership. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field required
• Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies
• Passionate about driving social change through data and evidence-based decision-making
• Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in data management and reporting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn’s projects and initiatives
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to social outcomes, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Identify and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of programs aligned with Vosyn’s ESG goals
• Prepare detailed, data-driven reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and community partners
• Provide recommendations for program improvements based on evaluation findings and emerging best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Community Engagement and SDG Specialists, to ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals
• Stay informed about new methodologies, tools, and industry standards for impact measurement
