EUC Assistant Manager

Summary

You will provide support for Pathward’s technologies, work with stakeholders to understand product performance, contribute to work estimates, assist other IT departments, ensure applications meet security standards, identify and report risks, understand supported technologies' data, and maintain documented processes. The position offers a competitive salary range of $71,883.22–$132,757.01, along with an annual performance-based incentive and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provides support for Pathward’s technologies and recommends improvements
• Works closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions
• Contributes to estimates on work in a timely manner and delivers against them
• Assists other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed
• Responsible for ensuring applications and/or infrastructure meet security standards as defined by IT
• Identifies and reports risks to technologies
• Understands the data as part of the technologies being supported
• Helps to maintain documented processes, best practices and standards
• Other duties as assigned
