Evacuation Specialist

Summary

Join us at IMG as a CCAT Specialist working remotely or hybrid, supporting the Case Managers with arranging evacuations and repatriations, managing cases that meet the Critical Care and Transport criteria, and attending meetings to provide updates and advice on active cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong work ethic and the initiative and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Attention to detail and good listening skills. Can follow complex instructions
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills (both written and spoken)
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
• PC skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, with working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent numerical skills

Responsibilities

• Managing cases that meet the Critical Care and Transport Criteria
• Medically Escorted Commercial Repatriations and Evacuations
• Air Ambulance Repatriations and Evacuations
• Inpatient cases where the length of admission exceeds 9 days
• Cases where patients are admitted to Intensive or High Dependency Care Units
• Cases where patients are admitted to hospital in a high-risk country
• Cases where patient’s require evacuation from a private hospital
• Cases where repatriation of mortal remains are required
