Executive Assistant

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as an English-fluent Executive Assistant with Marketing Expertise, working remotely from Latin America. You will manage our Shopify store's backend, implement marketing campaigns, and provide administrative support. This role requires 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Photoshop, and excellent communication skills. The salary ranges from $1000 to $1700 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor with a 3-month trial period. The work is fully remote, and the hiring process involves several steps, including interviews with GoFasti and the client.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with marketing or e-commerce experience preferred
• Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Photoshop
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the backend of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and page optimizations
• Implement and manage promotional campaigns on the Shopify & Zipify platform
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including creating and scheduling emails, managing audience segmentation, and analyzing campaign performance
• Develop marketing materials and visuals with basic to intermediate Photoshop skills
• Support social media marketing initiatives, including content scheduling and analytics tracking
• Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meeting planning and follow-up tasks
• Maintain organized records and files for easy access to key documents
• Assist with various project management tasks as assigned
