Join a prominent global leader in climate action and social impact initiatives as an exceptional Executive Assistant with Chief of Staff capabilities. Support the Founder and CEO in managing multiple high-impact initiatives, including climate action, international humanitarian efforts, and advocacy work. This fully remote position (West Coast preferred) involves quarterly in-person meetings. You will provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and research projects. The role requires managing sensitive information, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive team culture. Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or relevant related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or other high-demand executive or UHNW individuals
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals and high-profile leaders
- Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to anticipate needs and think multiple steps ahead
- Experience managing multiple time zones and complex global travel arrangements
- Ability to produce polished professional documents and presentations without errors
- Comfortable with flexible hours and responding to time-sensitive requests
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and make decisions independently
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Passion for climate action and social impact causes
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, professional executive support including meticulous calendar and email management
- Serve as first point of contact with high-profile stakeholders, exercising excellent judgment
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage logistics for international trips
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparation of agendas and briefing materials
- Create and review presentation materials for speaking engagements and board meetings
- Conduct research projects to support new initiatives and partnerships
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Handle administrative support including expenses and invoice processing
- Help build and maintain positive team culture across all initiatives
