Executive Assistant/Project Manager

Summary

Kingdom One is seeking a Project Management/Executive Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. The role involves managing projects, communication, event support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, comfortable with technology, and have a heart for serving the church.

Requirements

• Has 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and/or Project Management experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace
• Has the flexibility to travel with COO/CVO on a monthly basis or more frequently, as needed
• Has sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters

Responsibilities

• Champion missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on the progress of tasks, and aligning with team objectives
• Serves as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization
• Provide event support through logistics, planning, and communication
• Able to serve Kingdom One ministry clients with PM support and services as part of the Project Management Talent Group
• Organize and calendar meetings for the Executive Leadership Team
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, credit card reconciliation, and additional tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

HR background is advantageous, but not required
