Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in senior-level marketing and sales positions, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed expectations
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in marketing and sales software, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-channel sales organization
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility
- Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and drive customer engagement
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Oversee the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and expand market reach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and maximize efficiency
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, and provide regular reports to executive leadership
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communications
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in marketing and sales to maintain a competitive edge
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and sales teams
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization's reputation and market presence
