Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Automobilia, particularly in car parts
• Proven commercial experience with a talent for maximizing sales opportunities and engaging users
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring auction performance, spotting trends, and guiding sellers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid computer skills and proficiency with online sales platforms
• A reliable network of contacts, including dealers, collectors, curators, and experts within the Automobilia communities
• A high level of professionalism and diplomacy when managing disputes or negotiations
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and arrange lots submitted by users
• Curate and create compelling lot listings weekly
• Review lot titles, descriptions, and images
• Provide users with reliable estimated values and professional advice
• Communicate professionally and courteously if an item doesn’t meet Catawiki's standards
• Represent Catawiki’s commercial interests
• Contribute to growing Catawiki's platform
• Build relationships with sellers and buyers
• Collaborate remotely within the team
• Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language skills in Dutch or German
• Based in the Netherlands or Germany
• Familiarity with auction strategy optimization, including reserve pricing, sell-through rate, and cash flow
• A proactive attitude and the courage to try new approaches, adapt, and refine processes
