Requirements

• 3+ years family law experience, ideally in New Jersey, as a paralegal, legal assistant or other similar role
• Familiarity with family court forms and processes
• An aptitude for technology
• Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate (or higher) level

Responsibilities

• Creating and automating family law documents to maximize the efficiency of LEAP users
• Peer reviewing forms created by others on the team to ensure they are as high quality and user-friendly as possible
• Monitoring for court form updates and making these changes to the LEAP library
• Providing recommendations on what case information should be captured in LEAP
• Providing feedback on prototypes and early builds of new features from the support staff perspective
• Visiting law firms to gather product feedback
• Preparing training materials to help users get the most out of LEAP
• Responding to incoming user feedback cases
• Assisting with initiatives to reach usage goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience using LEAP or other legal software
• Experience automating documents
• Proficiency in JavaScript or another programming language
