Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant professional level work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience reviewing contract terms and invoicing US Government contracts following terms and conditions as outlined under FAR
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a high volume, high intensity environment preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365 and Salesforce Billing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Billing Manager
• Collaborate with team members in other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Review contract billing terms and apply those requirements to Federal customer billings
• Manage the invoicing process for Federal customers
• Review contract billing events for proper entry in SFDC against invoice billing batches in external ERP system
• Submit invoices to customers according to contract requirements
• Track any pending contractual issues, billing issues, or pending invoices and work with other departments to make the necessary corrections
• Monitor aging of Federal customer invoices and work with customers to resolve payment issues
