Requirements

• A qualified counsellor/psychotherapist with membership in a recognised body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, NCS), and accredited by or affiliated with BICA
• Ability to work within your practice scope and escalate as needed
• Calm and reassuring presence, especially for sensitive conversations
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialist support to individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, treatment pathways, and reproductive decision-making
• Deliver personalised sessions virtually, grounded in therapeutic best practices and tailored to each client’s emotional needs
• Create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process grief, anxiety, or uncertainty related to their reproductive health
• Set your own hours and manage your availability
• Maintain clinical notes and records, operating autonomously while aligning with the values of ethical, client-led care
• Work alongside nutritionists, nurses, fertility specialists, and operational and research teams to deliver comprehensive care
