Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences
• Creative and strategic thinker, with a focus on delivering memorable and impactful event experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, promotional materials, and staffing
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop event-specific marketing strategies and materials
• Track and analyze event performance, utilizing feedback and data to measure ROI and inform future event strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event quality and reach
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules
