Summary
Join Boomi as a Field Partner Account Manager for ServiceNow and play a crucial role in driving revenue and market adoption through our ServiceNow partnership. This strategic role requires a proven track record in building successful alliances, focusing on pipeline and revenue generation. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to execute go-to-market plans, build relationships, and manage sales processes. Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a relationship selling role
- Strong relationship skills to build trust and champions within each strategic partner
- Experience working with software and consulting
- Understanding of ServiceNow, CRM, Customer Service, or ERP products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction
- Work cross-functionally to meet partner and sales needs
Responsibilities
- Manage field sales relationships with ServiceNow, one of our most strategic partners
- Collaborate with ServiceNow to map account territories and drive co-sell collaboration between Boomi & partner sales teams
- Collaborate with Boomi systems integrator (SI) partners to develop & build go to market plans around tri-party initiatives (ServiceNow+SI+Boomi) and sales plays
- Engage with and develop strong relationships with Boomi and partner account executives and sales managers
- Drive regional co-sell processes, manage & nurture partner relationships, and collaborate with other channel team members to grow partner attachment rates
- Manage sales reporting, exceptions management, and CRM data hygiene
- Process Inbound & Outbound referrals on a timely basis to ensure smooth business continuity
- Ensure internal cross-organizational enablement around the ServiceNow partnership
- Execute on the go-to-market strategies set by Boomi and ServiceNow, this includes but not limited to marketing events, co-sell campaigns, partner QBRโs/SKOโs, field alignment and opportunity collaboration
- Continuously assess strategic partnerโs annual performance metrics and outcomes to nurture growth and optimize channel revenues
