Summary

Join our nationwide team of Field Sales professionals as a Field Sales Consultant, driving growth and success for small and medium enterprises by building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads.

Requirements

  • Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it’s how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time
  • Self-Management/Accountability: It is important that all our Field Sales Consultants have the motivation and self-discipline to manage and to grow our existing customer base
  • Target Driven/Self Motivated: You are target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale
  • Clean Driver’s License and Valid Car Insurance: we require all consultants to have access to their own vehicle (personal or rented)
  • 18 months+ sales experience (B2B, lead generation or telesales environment)

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK – averaging about 50 knocks per day
  • Establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products, such as energy, telecommunications and insurance
  • Acting as the customer’s key point of contact to secure their next business essential contract
  • Creating relationships and building rapport with our customers, giving them a world class service
  • Working towards targets and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
