Requirements

• Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Full working rights
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Strong leadership skills and focus on safety and customer service
• Extensive experience in large high volume kitchen environments and a thorough working knowledge of the resources sector

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordinate, and support staff in maintaining a customer focused, secure and safe working environment across the site whilst providing the highest level of service
• Achieve success by consulting with stakeholders on a regular basis while driving performance within the Team
