Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Filevine Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Filevine functionality and customization capabilities
• Proficiency in workflow management, document management, and report generation within Filevine
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Responsibilities

• Assist in Process Improvement: Work with the Filevine Specialist to analyze current business processes and help implement recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity within departments
• User Support and Training: Provide frontline support to Filevine users by addressing inquiries and escalating complex issues to the Filevine Specialist when necessary. Aid in developing training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the platform
• Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain accurate data within Filevine by entering and updating information as needed. Monitor data quality and coordinate with users to ensure data integrity across all departments
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting workflow processes and generating reports that provide insights into operational trends and platform usage for departmental leaders
• Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a liaison between department users and the Filevine Specialist, gathering and communicating user feedback, and suggesting potential improvements
• Project Support: Support the Filevine Specialist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that project milestones are met within established timelines
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues within Filevine, escalating more complex issues to the Filevine Specialist or IT team as necessary
