Finance Analyst\Associate

Summary

Join Idoven as a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate. This role requires at least 3 years of finance administrative experience within a company, preferably in Shared Services Centers. You will assist in financial reporting, budget support, expense management, travel management, invoicing, and audit/tax coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel skills and a finance-related degree. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a finance administrative role within a company (not consultancy)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Work closely with the finance team to track and manage budgets
• Oversee employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Support employees with travel-related expenses and approvals
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices
• Assist in coordinating audits and tax filings with external providers and auditors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Shared Services Centers
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience with SAP or NetSuite
• Spanish
