Finance Apprentice (Entry Level)

Join our team as a Finance Apprentice and contribute towards the everyday financial administration of Kinesso UK, a trading division of Mediabrands Limited in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Interested in pursuing studies on finance qualifications
• Confident communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Beginner level Excel skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• Desire to work in Finance within a Media Agency
• Ability to be flexible
• Team Player

Responsibilities

• General ledger coding of invoices and reviewing POs in SAP for all office costs incurred
• Assisting with the month end close process by creating and posting journals, accruals and prepayments
• Supporting the business in new vendor set up
• Supporting the iGaming team in payment processing
• Running and analysing timesheet detail upon request
• Timecode maintenance in SAP
• Completing the detailed P&L analysis
• Completing schedules in Hyperion at Month End
• Reviewing personal and company credit card expenses
• Assisting in responding to frequent queries from senior management, controllers, non-finance employees and auditors
