Responsibilities

  • General ledger coding of invoices and reviewing POs in SAP for all office costs incurred
  • Assisting with the month end close process by creating and posting journals, accruals and prepayments
  • Supporting the business in new vendor set up
  • Supporting the iGaming team in payment processing
  • Running and analysing timesheet detail upon request
  • Timecode maintenance in SAP
  • Completing the detailed P&L analysis
  • Completing schedules in Hyperion at Month End
  • Reviewing personal and company credit card expenses
  • Assisting in responding to frequent queries from senior management, controllers, non-finance employees and auditors
