Finance Associate

Join our team as a detail-oriented Finance Associate with experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. We're looking for someone who excels at preparing financial reports, budgeting, and reconciliation, with a knack for clear communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must be meticulous, able to work within stipulated deadlines
• Above average skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Able to work in a fast-paced multi-national environment
• Possess verbal and written English skill
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately

Responsibilities

• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
• Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc
• Handling communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc
• Processing transactions, updating monthly reports
• Preparing financial reports and payroll computation
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Reports to Accounting Officers, and Accounting Managers
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
• Perform other financial and administrative responsibilities when required
