Finance Intern

Join the Finance Team at 1Password as a remote intern for 4 months, supporting month-end close process, preparing journal entries, and collaborating on special accounting projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and other compliance needs
• Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects as needed
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as processing daily bank transactions and assist in monitoring cash flow, performing account reconciliations, managing and distributing emails efficiently for our AR inbox, processing vendor invoices in ZIP, as well as other day to day tasks that may periodically come up
• Support other ad hoc projects from various internal teams
