Finance/Logistics Consultant

Summary

Join HSO as a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant and contribute to high-quality consultancy services, focusing on the logistics and MRP/production domain within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). You will be part of a client team, collaborating on project lifecycles, resolving incidents, optimizing processes, and advising on Microsoft developments. The role involves client interaction, proactive problem-solving, and process optimization. You'll facilitate client journeys and collaborate with team managers. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant
• Demonstrable expertise in implementing and maintaining logistics & MRP/production modules within D365FO
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel if necessary (although the position can be fully remote)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues within the client team to maximize value for clients and projects
• Resolve incidents and develop and optimize processes for clients
• Provide advice on future Microsoft developments
• Facilitate the client journey by preparing and organizing the business rhythm (monthly operational meetings) with clients within the client team
• Actively coordinate with your Service Delivery Manager or Customer Team Manager and clients on the progress of improvements and identify potential opportunities and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, CE, or Logic App Integrations
• Knowledge of WMS
