Financial Advisor, Remote - Taiwan

Summary

The job involves acting as a financial advisor on a virtual platform, providing strategic financial advice, developing financial plans for clients, and building relationships with them. The role is freelance, remote, and flexible, with local candidates preferred but others considered. A background in finance is required, along with strong communication skills and PC knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Financial Advisor, Finance Coach, or relevant experience
• Track record of successful financial guidance
• Ability to analyze market’s financial data and provide appropriate data-based advice
• Able to communicate in English and local language
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
• BS degree in Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services (debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, investments)
• Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
• Guide clients towards profitable and secure financial decisions
• Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships
• Network, generate leads and grab opportunities to sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds etc to meet sales quotas
• Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research market to back up financial consulting
• Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations
• Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers and other professionals
