Summary
Join Servus Credit Union as a Financial Advisor and make a significant impact! This full-time, permanent, fully remote position (Alberta residents only) requires flexible shifts covering 24/7 operations. You will provide exceptional member service, drive sales, and offer financial advice via various channels. The role involves answering inquiries, demonstrating sales techniques, and assisting with technical issues. At least two years of sales experience and a high school diploma are required. Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience with measured targets, preferably in customer service or retail banking
- High school diploma
Responsibilities
- Answering member inquiries and provide exceptional member service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, video calls
- Demonstrating excellent sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals, along with a professional telephone manner and strong multi-tasking abilities
- Providing consistently fantastic member experience by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Consistently being proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to match every member with the right products and solutions that enhance their financial fitness
- Assisting members regarding technical inquiries or requests related to their online and mobile banking needs (e.g., setting passwords, updating member database, security-related tasks, etc.)
- Participating in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Call centre experience
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
