Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of Finance/Accounting experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate budgets/plan with division leadership and provide guidance
  • Analyze budgets, financial modeling
  • Prepare or supervise monthly accrual and expense analysis
  • Study metrics, forecasts of business conditions and trends and draw relevant conclusions as requested
  • Design and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets and analyses
  • Prepare cost benefit analysis for proposed projects or system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge and skills for specialized software applications [i.e. accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis.]
  • Has theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines
