Requirements

• Financial Edge NXT Professional Certification Required
• 3+ years' experience with Financial Edge
• 3+ years' experience with Non-profit accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP, fundamental financial concepts, and procedures
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach to work
• Demonstrated success with time management and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Understanding customers' needs in Financial Edge NXT, proactively gathering information to learn about their requirements and expectations
• Configuring the Financial Edge NXT software solution to meet the customer’s requirements
• Building customized financial reports and making changes to existing financial reports in Financial Edge to better reflect what the Finance team needs
• Training teams on Financial Edge NXT system configuration, reporting, and required daily processes
• Setting expectations with the customer as it relates to project scope, timeline, and budget
• Identifying and presenting Change Orders to the customer when the customer’s requirements and/or budgeted project hours fall outside of the project scope
• Coordinating data extraction from various databases for importing
