Summary
Join Contentsquare as an FP&A Apprentice in Paris for a 12-month program starting in September 2025 (flexible). Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be an integral part of the finance department. This role offers significant opportunities for skill development and career advancement within a growing international company. You will assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, month-end close processes, and financial analysis. Collaboration with various internal departments is key, as is contributing to the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English and French.
Requirements
- Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Finance or related field (Master 1 or 2 or equivalent)
- Proficiency in English & French , to be able to connect with our subsidiaries abroad and our internal teams
- Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems with precision and attention to detail, particularly in financial contexts
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint ; Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is a plus but not mandatory
- Communication : Efficient verbal and written communication skills ; Ability to convey complex data in simple terms
- Work Ethic : Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player : Enjoys working collaboratively and building trusted relationships with stakeholders from different teams
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets exercise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the month-end close process by analyzing financial performance vs. forecast of each department
- Contribute to company transformation by participating in the development and maintenance of financial reports, analyses and dashboards, enhancing decision-making processes
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development (hosting analysis, SaaS stack etc.)
- Collaborate with our internal stakeholder departments (R&D, Product, Legal, IT departments) to gather data and insights, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight
- Support the implementation of revenue analysis tools and the simplification of processes in Pigment, our planning tool
- Help with the documentation process
