Requirements

• Experience working on a broad array of complex debt financing transactions
• Familiarity with commitment letters and sponsor grids, unitranche facilities, and intercreditor arrangements
• 4, 5, or 6 years experience straight out of law school working as a finance associate
• Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized law school

Responsibilities

• Work on new loan originations
• Manage existing capital structures
• Represent clients on a wide range of special situations, workout, and in and out of court restructuring transactions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with distressed credit

Benefits

Salary wage range: $225,000 - $260,000 (annually)
