Summary
Join our Transfer Agent department at FIS Global and contribute to excellent client service. Requirements
- Ability to work in English speaking environment and in direct contact with American clients (required language level C1)
- Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures, according to specific timelines
- Customer centric attitude
- Higher education or being in the last years of study with ability to work full-time
- Readiness to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work overtime depending on business demands
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
- Follow up with clients via outbound phone calls to obtain missing information, clarifying the requests and/or confirming with the shareholder the processed transactions
- Closely collaborate with multiple groups responsible for initial review of the documentation
- Process account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers
- Take part in team-based activities such as team meetings, various group projects and initiatives
