Financial Services Account Associate II

Summary

Join our Transfer Agent department at FIS Global and contribute to excellent client service. This full-time position involves outbound calls to U.S.-based clients, reviewing paperwork, and managing accounts. No prior financial knowledge is required; comprehensive training is provided. You will work collaboratively with various teams, processing account maintenance and financial transactions. The role requires strong English communication (C1 level), computer literacy, and a customer-centric attitude. Requirements

• Ability to work in English speaking environment and in direct contact with American clients (required language level C1)
• Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures, according to specific timelines
• Customer centric attitude
• Higher education or being in the last years of study with ability to work full-time
• Readiness to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work overtime depending on business demands

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
• Follow up with clients via outbound phone calls to obtain missing information, clarifying the requests and/or confirming with the shareholder the processed transactions
• Closely collaborate with multiple groups responsible for initial review of the documentation
• Process account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers
• Take part in team-based activities such as team meetings, various group projects and initiatives
