1-2 years of proven professional experience in social media ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Fluent in both German and English, both written and verbal
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices for engagement
Basic graphic design skills and experience with social media management tools are a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Assist execution of social media strategies to promote Mozilla's initiatives, products, and community engagement efforts
Support creation and curation of compelling content for various social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and X, in collaboration with our in-house Studio team
Manage upload of content and ongoing day-to-day channel hygiene maintenance
Monitor social media conversations, trends, and mentions of Mozilla, and actively engage with our community by responding to comments and messages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support social media campaigns, product launches, and events
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and communications
