Fleet Associate (Service Porter)

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Sally's as a Fleet Associate, where you'll solve logistical problems, perform vehicle readiness checks, and provide best-in-class service. You'll be the first point of contact for all vehicle-related issues, transport vehicles to various facilities, execute recoveries, and complete other projects assigned by our leadership team.

Requirements

• 3+ years with a US State DMV license
• Cautious and precise motor skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diligent punctuality
• Must have a high level of computer proficiency
• Fluency in English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all vehicle-related issues and ensure best-in-class service
• Perform vehicle readiness checks, offboard vehicles through our internal systems
• Transporting vehicles to fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance/repair facilities
• Execute vehicle recoveries
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by our leadership team
