Requirements

  • Permission to work in the UK is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL and database queries

Responsibilities

  • Deep dive in data-led opportunities for hardware reliability, repair compliance, and standardization initiatives
  • Significantly contribute to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets
  • Partner, influence, and help implement training, quality standards, and processes with cross-functional teams on training, hardware, and compliance
  • Build a culture of compliance in our warehouse teams where repair SOPs are challenged and systematically improved. Serve as a HW subject matter expert for our products
  • Provide Maintenance and Hardware Feedback between Local Ops and our Global Service Center
  • Continuously improve compliance and quality metrics both on the warehouse floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as product, compliance, and mechanic managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in management or operations
  • Lean certification
