Flutter Developer

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart in a production environment
• Strong understanding and practical experience with state management solutions such as MobX, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar
• Solid experience in Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures and GraphQL for mobile applications
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on technical and product improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., MobX, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX)
• Collaborate with BFF developers to design and implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and queries
• Ensure efficient, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with project requirements
• Take full ownership of your work — from requirement analysis to deployment
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system performance
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and other delivery teams in English
