Remote FNP-WHNP Overnight Provider, Telehealth

As a direct patient care provider, you will engage in overnight chat, phone, and video interactions with patients, assess urgent concerns, and collaborate with daytime clinical staff.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years experience in obstetrics and infant care
• Reside in a nursing compact state
• Are internet-connected, able to work remotely via video, phone and text
• Are willing to get licensed in multiple states

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care overnight through chat, phone, and video to Pomelo patients
• Assess urgent concerns and proactively triage patients to support appropriate utilization of emergency services
• Complete documentation of all overnight patient encounters
• Collaborate with daytime clinical staff to ensure smooth transition of care for patients who contacted us overnight
• Represent the Pomelo practice in a warm and professional manner
• Demonstrate humility, accountability, and initiative internally as well as in patient interactions
