Summary

Join FOLX Health, a leading health and wellness platform for LGBTQIA+ care, as a Clinician! You will provide clinical care to members via our telehealth platform, including video visits and asynchronous messaging. Responsibilities encompass patient evaluation and management, following FOLX medical protocols. Collaboration with the clinical team on case studies and training is also part of the role. This position requires an active state NP or PA license in MA, national certification, and a DEA license. A Master's degree from an accredited program is essential. Requirements

  • Active state NP or PA license in MA
  • National certification through appropriate credentialing organization
  • Active Federal DEA license
  • Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in your state(s) of practice
  • Master's degree or higher from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program accredited by ACEN, CCNE or ARC-PA
  • Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care that are rooted in empowerment, transparency, and collaboration
  • Organizational and time management skills that allow for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment
  • Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care to members (patients) through our telehealth platform–both through synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management between visits
  • Evaluate and manage patients as per the FOLX medical protocols
  • Discuss case studies with the clinical team
  • Attend training sessions
  • Give feedback on protocols and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple state NP or PA licenses to be able to practice across states upon hire
  • 30 contact hours Continuing Education or a 15-week college level course in pharmacology within the last two to three years
  • Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
